Bank of America Invests $1.05M in North Texas Job Skills Programs

Dallas, TX — On March 2, 2026, Bank of America announced it invested nearly $40 million nationwide in 2025 for workforce development, including $1.05 million in North Texas job skills programs, according to a report.
The Details:
The investments supported 21 North Texas organizations, such as Café Momentum’s internship for justice-involved youth and Pathfinders’ programs for single mothers, veterans, and low-income families.
Nationally, the grants helped 86,400 people secure livable-wage jobs and provided 265,000 with training and career-readiness programs.
In North Texas, prior investments from 2023-2024 totaled $1.3 million, aiding veterans in biomedical careers via Medisend College and students in health care roles through Texas Health Next Step.
